Adults
For adult members of Defenders' families
War changes not only destinies, but also the usual rhythm of family life. Mothers, fathers, wives, and husbands of defenders bear the burden of anxiety, loss, expectation, or uncertainty every day. In this section, we have compiled resources to help you maintain emotional balance, find support, and feel that you are not alone with your pain.
We offer psychological programs, emotional relief sessions, meetings with specialists, and a space for communication with those who understand. Here you will also find information about registering for events, assistance with adaptation, legal advice, and educational opportunities.
Even if you remain silent, we are here. And we hear you.
We implement a number of initiatives that help the victims of war to move from shock to recovery. Our programs include both individual and group support, available in various formats.
What We Do to Support Those Affected
We believe that support should be humane, honest, and reliable. In our work, we are guided by principles that help heal not only wounds but also hearts.
